  • 2015 Professional Builder Magazine awarded our team a GOLD award for the best New Residential Community in America “At Any Price Point” with our new 120-unit condominium project located on the intracoastal waterway in Juno Beach, Florida.
  • Directing a highly complex project PUD/DRI in Palm Beach County, successfully securing essential government approvals on site planning and entitlements, meeting regulations, and negotiating other details enabling the project to be successful.
